Who are your products for?

Our products are designed to serve men. We’ve worked hard to provide men with an affordable skincare range with quality ingredients that simplifies the skincare process.

Are your products Australian made? 

For sure mate, our business is Australian- owned and operated. All of our products are made right here in Australia.

How often should I use your products?

To obtain the maximum benefit of our products, we recommend daily use. You’ll receive a free guide with our ‘Men’s skincare Box’ You can also read our full ‘How to Win with Our Skincare’ here. 

How can I get the ingredients list of products?

A full list of our product ingredients can be located here. Additionally, the ingredients list can be found conveniently on the label of each of our product bottles. 

Are your products tested on animals?

No way. Our products are tested on humans only (and our brave founder’s mug) never animals.

What’s the shelf life of your products?

Our products used a combination of both refined and organic ingredients, leaving them free of chemical preservatives. While this means they are great for your skin, it does reduce the shelf life of our products. As a result, we strongly recommend that our products are used within 3-6 months, to obtain the maximum benefit from them.

SHIPPING 

We ship via Australia Post.  At present, we only ship within Australia. We endeavour to your package to you ASAP and provide same-day shipping where possible.

Once your package is sent, you can track it via the email you entered at checkout. 

 

Shipping Cost?

We offer FREE shipping via standard post. The timeframe is usually 3-5 business days, depending on which part of Oz you are in.  

Express shipping attracts an additional charge but your order should arrive within 1-2 business days, as long as the order is placed prior to 3pm on the day.

 

RETURNS

We back our products and believe them to be of the highest quality. Good skin doesn’t happen overnight and we encourage our customers to use our products over a 30-60 day period before making the call if our products are right for you.

If at any time you get a negative reaction, discontinue use immediately.
It’s recommened that you check the full list of ingredients on our website for each product, prior to purchasing.

You can return your product within  30 Days of purchase. As long as you get it back to us within that period ( remember to factor in postage time) and inculde:

 

Eligibility Criteria

For a product to be returned, you must:

  • Have proof of Purchase
  • Product unopened and/or unused.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Primary Man will not cover these costs.  

We do not refund on change of mind so please order carefully.

We strongly recommend using tracking via registered post.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Once processed, refunds will be sent via the original method of payment.  Due to circumstances outside of our control, Refunds can take up to 14 days from the day of approval for the refund.
